Skillet of browned ground beef with garlic and paprika jars
A plate with half the beef and the whole bag of potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 365 90/10 ground beef, browned. I eat half (8 oz raw, 400 cal, ~$4.50)
  • 1 whole 12 oz bag Whole Foods Baby Potato Vegetable Blend, frozen (240 cal, $3.59)
  • Garlic powder and paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown a pound of ground beef in a skillet. Season with garlic and paprika if you like.
  2. Put the frozen potato and vegetable bag in the microwave for 6 minutes.
  3. Plate the whole bag of potatoes with half the ground beef.

Make the full pound and save the other half.

Three ingredients, one pan, and a microwave doing the heavy lifting. The bag did the hard part. I just let it happen.
