Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pine Manor Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, air-chilled, Whole Foods (480 cal, ~$8.00)
  • 2 tbsp 365 Organic Texas True Barbecue Sauce (40 cal, ~$0.25)

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole pack, no salt, on the Ninja Foodi grill setting.
  2. Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165°F on the built-in thermometer. Check the thickest piece, not the thin ones.
  3. Let it rest a bit.
  4. Sauce at the end.

Food safety: Chicken is done at 165°F, the USDA’s safe internal temperature for poultry. Cook to that number, and check the thickest piece with a thermometer.

One pound of chicken, eaten alone. It is a meal with the subtlety of a brass band.
